Yes. We register private limited companies, limited liability partnerships and sole proprietorships, and we register trademarks and copyrights.
By the 9th of the following month. PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Affordable Housing Levy on a month's payroll are all due on or before the 9th of the next month.
By the 20th of the following month. VAT returns for a month must be filed, and any VAT owed paid, on or before the 20th of the next month.
It means no one person can complete a risky transaction from start to finish, such as creating a supplier and also approving its payment. In an ERP like Odoo it is enforced through user roles and approval rules, which we review and redesign.
